Customer data uploaded into Aura QMS software is typically controlled by the customer organization. Aura may process such data to provide, maintain, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the software and related services.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions required to upload and process customer data.
  • Customers are responsible for configuring user roles, permissions, retention rules, approval workflows, and access controls.
  • Aura does not sell customer data.
  • Specific data processing, export, retention, deletion, backup, and support terms may be covered in a separate subscription agreement, data processing agreement, or order form.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only where necessary for legitimate business, operational, legal, support, or service delivery purposes.
